Executive Team

Cameron is the CEO of EasyPark Group since 2022. He has long experience from the tech-business and leading global organisations, most recently as CEO of The Weather Company, the world’s largest private weather company. He was responsible for building weather.com into a top 10 website in the world, and he also led them to their partnership with Apple and Android, which made the Weather app the 3rd most downloaded app in the world. In addition, he has been General Manager of IBM’s partner ecosystem, and he successfully helped lead IBM’s integration of Red Hat building Red Hat Marketplace. Tara Tapper is EasyPark Group’s Chief People & Culture Officer. Under her leadership, Tara will oversee the global people and culture organization, and will lead talent acquisition and growth strategies. She is an experienced people leader who has held several leading global HR and Operations positions within technology, banking, legal and healthcare, all centered around transformation and change management. Most recently she held the position as Chief Operating Officer for Cloudreach following its acquisition by Atos, providing stewardship across the business and leading the integration. Tara holds a BSc in Psychology from Manchester University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from City University. “I’m thrilled to be part of EasyPark Group. Vikas Tiku is the Chief Financial Officer at EasyPark Group. Vikas Tiku brings over 35 years of global financial expertise to his role. He previously worked at Encora, a private-equity backed global digital engineering services company, and spent over 15 years in senior finance leadership roles at Coca-Cola, covering regions such as Japan, the UK, Africa, and the US. Vikas began his finance career in 1989 with The Pillsbury Company, gaining experience across Australia, Hong Kong, and other global markets. His extensive background positions him to play a pivotal role in shaping EasyPark's financial future as the company continues to innovate in the mobility space. “I am excited to be part of EasyPark Group and I am particularly attracted to the company’s vision of “making cities more livable”. Debbie Guerra is the Chief Payments Officer for EasyPark Group. As Chief Payments Officer, Debbie will take the responsibility of leading the strategy, and making decisions regarding payments for EasyPark Group. She will work to establish seamless, secure, and efficient payment transactions across all countries where EasyPark Group operates. Debbie is an accomplished executive with over three decades of experience spanning the payments industry, fintech, consulting and IT services. She comes most recently from ACI Worldwide Inc and has been a member of the EasyPark Group Executive Board from December 2023 until July 2024 before officially accepting the role of Chief Payments Officer. “I’m very excited to be moving from EasyPark Group’s Executive Board to the Executive Leadership Team. Scott Booker is the Chief Customer Officer at EasyPark Group. Under his leadership, he will directly oversee the Customer Experience Team with Product, Design, Marketing, Customer Care and Analytics functions to create a cohesive and enhanced experience for customers and suppliers. Scott will also be working collaboratively with other functions to drive global expansion and growth. Before joining EasyPark, Scott held several leading positions within Strategy, Product and Marketing at large-scale digital marketplaces, most recently at Copart, the number one global leader in online vehicle auctions. Before Copart, Scott had several leading roles at Expedia Inc., one being President of Hotels.com, where he led the company’s rapid global expansion, including launching the successful loyalty program. Scott has extensive experience building diverse International Product, Marketing and Tech teams. Scott received his MBA in Marketing and Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Christian Brothers University. “EasyPark Group has a tremendous opportunity to capture growth and bring to life our vision to make cities more livable. Kershini Henriksson is the Interim Chief Communications Officer at EasyPark Group. Under her leadership, she will lead internal and external strategic communications at the Group level. She brings with her extensive communications and leadership experience from international companies that have undergone significant changes and growth, such as Spotify, H&M and Ericsson. She has been responsible for strategic and tactical internal, external and crisis communications processes as well as driving major digital transformation initiatives. Kershini most recently held the position as Head of Communications, Business Tech at H&M. “I am thrilled to be joining EasyPark Group at this point of the company's growth journey. Sandesh Bhat is the Chief Technology Officer of EasyPark Group, leading products and global initiatives that drive Group’s vision through technology innovation and information security. Prior to joining EasyPark Group, he held the role as Senior Vice President of Cloud Services at Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT Infrastructure services provider. Before that he was General Manager at IBM and held several senior leadership roles over the years, starting his career driving the company’s first digital transformation through architecting and building it’s global intranet w3. He was later responsible for the company’s several software products, cloud and digital platforms, global software labs, and most recently, the creation of Red Hat Marketplace, one of the largest marketplaces in the industry for containerized software. Sandesh also brings profound experience of managing large global teams, and has been through several acquisitions, migrations and integrations in his career. Sandesh graduated from the University of Mysore with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering and holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science & Software Development from Marist College. “I'm thrilled to be part of such an innovative and smart company, focused on solving one of the world's biggest challenges with forward-thinking technology. Diane Swint is EasyPark Groups Chief B2B Officer. She is an experienced technology and people leader with over 20 years of experience in building and leading global sales teams in start-up, scaling, and high-growth environments. She brings extensive knowledge in bringing new products to market, scaling, driving customer success and creating value through technology. Most recently as Chief Revenue Officer and prior to that Head of Marketplace at ezCater, a Boston-based B2B digital marketplace in the catering industry serving customers in a thousand locations, connecting businesses with restaurants and caterers. Diane holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Economics & Mathematical methods in social sciences from Northwestern University. “I am thrilled to be joining EasyPark where I look forward to advancing our mission of creating more livable cities. Martin Sandström is Chief of Staff at EasyPark Group. He is responsible for driving strategic business initiatives and ensures that the Executive Team stays honest to the Group's strategy and vision. Martin previously served as Head of Business Development at EasyPark and was running several M&A projects, market expansion and go-to-market projects. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Business Administration as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Prior to joining EasyPark Group Martin has experience as a management consultant at PwC. Mauritz is focused on EasyPark Group’s M&A strategy and manages the integration of acquired businesses. He has held several positions at EasyPark Group, most recently as Chief Business Development Officer and Head of Product. Mauritz joined EasyPark as CEO trainee, working to unify markets on a common platform. Mauritz has completed the Stanford Executive Education for Fast Growing Companies and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Umeå University. Morten’s responsibility is to make it possible to use EasyPark Group’s services on every street, in every garage and on off street parking lots all over Europe. As Distribution Officer, Morten heads EasyPark’s country management team. Morten previously served as Head of New Markets and M&A's within EasyPark, working with expansion through acquisitions. Past experience covers senior management positions in the FMCG (Procter & Gamble/Unilever) and telecommunications industry (TDC). He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Aarhus University, Denmark and an MBA from LUISS in Rome, Italy. In addition he also has completed a number of executive education programs at Harvard University, the Wharton School and INSEAD. Niklas is a full-time board professional, an investor and adviser. He currently holds several chairmanships, including Fåntell, Evondos, Silverfin and Zervant, as well as advising the Private Equity industry. His previous experiences include directorships at a number of unlisted and listed companies ranging from financial services to telecom infrastructure. His operative experience he gained serving as CEO or divisional head at a handful of different Med-tech, Information technology and Telecommunications companies. Nils joined Kindred Group in July 2020 as Chief Commercial Officer for Region 2. He has worked at Kindred in the past, holding a number of positions between 2006-16. He joined what was then Unibet Group in 2006 as a management trainee, worked as Head of Poker and Head of Established Markets before spending the final four years as Chief Marketing Officer for the Unibet brand. Nils has also held positions as Chief Marketing Officer at CurrencyFair and as Director of Digital Marketing at GVC Group. Nils studied marketing at the Stockholm School of Economics and Sociology at Stockholm University. Henrik is Partner at Verdane and joined Verdane’s Stockholm office following the 2005 portfolio acquisition from Skandia Liv. Henrik served as an investment manager at Prosper Capital/Skandia Liv and has experience in finance and management consulting. At Verdane Henrik has been active in the acquisition of several new portfolios of direct investments and he works closely with digital consumer and software companies. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden) and a CEMS Master from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). Jussi Wuoristo is Partner and member of the founding team of Vitruvian Partners, a global investment firm with c.€10bn of AuM. At Vitruvian, Jussi focuses on digital growth businesses across geographies, leads the activities of the firm in Software and the Nordic region and serves on the boards of several private companies as non-executive director and chair. His experience includes investments in Just Eat, Unifaun, Linimed and CRF Health, among others. Reed Snyder is a Principal at Verdane, based in Oslo and focused on investing into high-growth companies in the energy transition and mobility segments across Europe. Catherine is a full-time board professional. She has rich experience of 30 years in various B2B and B2C sectors (transportation, satellite telecom, infrastructure and distribution). Catherine started her career at the Ministry of Finance in the French Treasury in 1993. From 1997 to 2007, she held various positions in Air France, notably VP flight operations and CFO of Air France. She also held the position of CFO and member of the Group Executive Committee at Eutelsat between 2007 and 2013, a worldwide leading satellite company. Subsequently, Mrs. Guillouard joined Rexel (13B turnover, 35 countries, 27000 FTE) as CFO and then Deputy Chief Executive Office in 2014. From August 2017 up to September 2022, she has been Chairwoman and CEO of RATP Group, a leading group in public transportation and infrastructure management in 15 countries on 4 continents with 6B€ turnover and 69000 FTE. From 2010/2022, she has also been non executive director of Technicolor, Aéroport de Paris, Engie and KPN. Member of the Board
